Lindsay Lohan depicts sex scene of upcoming ‘The Canyons’ with folks and spoons

Lindsay Lohan might need to explain her actions on some things, but on Wednesday her latest description of scene work for her upcoming movie The Canyons was perfectly clear. The entertainer will be co-starring with James Deen and things might get a little steamy, but not to worry it has been clearly planned out with spoons and forks.
Sharing the strategy session with her fans, Lindsay Lohan showed off a photograph of the way the sex scenes will be shot for the movie. Using utensils that are clearing sitting on a table, the actress gave the fans a sense of exactly how the entertainers might be seen in the movie.
“‪TheCanyons‬ - it’s interesting to orchestrate a sex scene w/forks and spoons,” tweeted out Lindsay Lohan on her official Twitter account on Wednesday. The entertainer included a link to a photo and it was pretty obvious she hasn’t lost her sense of humor.
Obviously Lindsay Lohan won’t need the utensils when she is filming, but it is still amusing to see how the entertainment world works.

Starz Announces Incursion and Vlad Dracula

Starz announced today two new original series projects in development.
As part of Starz overall deal with "Spartacus" creator Steven S. DeKnight, Starz is developing "Incursion," an epic science fiction action-thriller that follows a squad of soldiers caught in a war against a hostile alien race. Each season the battle will be fought on a new, exotic planet as humanity punches deeper into enemy territory. Grittily realistic combat, darkly complex characters and intrigue on a cosmic scale will permeate the tale of fighting men and women facing the pressures of war and an enemy unlike any ever seen. In addition to his international acclaim on "Spartacus," Steven has worked on such well-regarded series as "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", "Angel", "Smallville," and "Dollhouse.

J. Michael Straczynski is the successful writer and producer whose credits include such fan classics as Thor, Underworld: Awakening, "Babylon 5," and The Changeling. He has teamed with horror master Roy Lee, whose credits include such hits as The Ring, The Strangers and The Woman in Black in developing "Vlad Dracula" with veteran producer Rob Tapert, whose credits include the international Starz hit series, "Spartacus," iconic "Xena: Warrior Princess," Evil Dead and The Grudge. The project is a unique spin of the classic tale, blending the historical facts of the 15th century Prince of Wallachia, with the fictional Dracula whose story is known around the world and continues to fascinate audiences. "Vlad Dracula" traces his evolution from a revered ruler to the world's most feared vampire, and his slow downfall as he struggles desperately to hang on to his humanity, his wife and his kingdom.

* Safe to speculate Incursion will be similar to Starship Troopers and most of the nudity will come from the female soldiers. Steven S. DeKnight will again use talents from Australia/New Zealand if past experience is anything to go by. I'm at the moment pretty blah with so many Aussie chicks naked on-screen but if Indiana Evans auditions for a role, I'm all jizzy for it. With my fetish for beauty queens it will be great if Jennifer Hawkins starts making inroads into acting world and snagging a part in Incursion could be a major booster. Not too sure about J. Michael Straczynski/ Roy Lee Vlad Dracula. But gothic horror usually have bundles of sex and nudity. Looking forward to that one too.

Hope Solo’s raunchy Olympics tales: Drunken fun and a celebrity secret
After the U.S. Olympic women’s soccer team won gold in the 2008 Beijing Games, star goalkeeper Hope Solo snuck a celebrity into her room.
That’s what she said in a story about sex at the Olympic Village published this week in ESPN The Magazine’s Body Issue. She wouldn’t say who the celebrity was — but she did say she was partying earlier in the night with actor Vince Vaughn.
Who it really was is her “Olympics secret,” she said.
Also in the magazine, Solo recalled the next morning, when the soccer team appeared on NBC’s “Today” show. Apparently they had partied so hard that they were still a bit tipsy when they showed up.
“When we were done partying, we got out of our nice dresses, got back into our stadium coats and, at 7 a.m., with no sleep, went on the Today Show drunk,” Solo told ESPN The Magazine. “Needless to say, we looked like hell!”
Business Insider dug up the video from that “Today” show appearance. They didn’t look all that blitzed.
According to the ESPN piece, Olympic Village is generally a bit of a sex carnival. We’ve all heard the stories. A new book titled “The Secret Olympics,” written anonymously by a former British competitor, reveals that organizers supplied 70,000 condoms at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, The New York Post reports.
“I’ve seen people having sex right out in the open,” Solo told ESPN, according to Business Insider. “On the grass, between buildings, people are getting down and dirty.”

Solo is on the U.S. team again this summer for the 2012 London Olympics. The former Washington Huskies star from Richland, Wash., will be appearing in her third Olympic Games, and has been training this year with the Seattle Sounders women’s squad.

Casting: 'The series will be aimed at the male 18-35 market and as such our series will have a sexy look.'

I think it’s safe to say that that particular casting call is offensive to just about everyone. This casting is for a film being made which clearly thinks it’s being revolutionary by casting four women in the title role where they all get to play crime-fighting ‘badasses.’ And this should be fine. But aiming it at men? Putting the word ‘sexy’ in every single sentence? Suddenly the good intentions don’t seem so wonderful.

There has been a lot said about the treatment of actresses in the last week. Firstly Equity spoke out about how theatres need to be doing more to ensure that castings are a bit more equal and don’t just give men-folk the spotlight. Now I’ve talked a lot about the amount of nudity that women seem to have to partake in, especially on film. Just this morning I’ve read at least ten casting calls that have asked for women to either be beautiful, sexy or nude. That’s the role women have to play now. Of course, I realise that I’m generalising and I know that there are lots of lovely, intelligent parts being written for women too but you have to admit that the facts are there that are women are often expected to be the pretty ones while the men carry the story.

The constant call for nudity is a very worrying development. I’ve appeared naked on screen once, something I’ve spoken about before on my blog (but I’ll re-cap as I’m too lazy to find the post I mentioned it in.) It was while I was still at drama school and my director wanted me to go full-frontal but after a discussion that seemed to contain very little regard for my welfare or modesty, we finally came to a ‘compromise’ where I was allowed to keep my knickers on. Looking back I wish I’d asked for more but I was young and desperate to show the world that I was the ultimate in castable actresses. This should never have happened. Where were the tutors making sure that we all knew that our acting was enough to get us through this industry? They were nowhere to be seen. Despite only being a slight little thing back then, I spent the next two weeks barely eating as I was so terrified of the world seeing an ounce of flab on me. The scene was the first scene to be shot meaning that I was an absolute bundle of nerves. We were working alongside a film school so the crew was made up of people I’d never met before and it just so happened that the whole crew that morning was entirely made up of men who were much older than me. By the end I was a lot more comfortable but it’s not an experience that I’d ever want to relive again. What should’ve been a supportive environment while I was still training instead felt like a seedy experiment in how to make a newbie actress feel as awkward as possible. 

Of course, the problem is, as I’ve said before, that there still aren’t enough female writers and directors out there who are being given the opportunity to get their work made. Until television, theatre and film open their doors a little wider and let the ladies in too, women will constantly be relegated to playing ‘The Love Interest’ or the ‘Eye Candy’ or just ‘The Girlfriend.’ Despite the fact that women make up 50% of the population, we’re very much the supporting role when it comes to what audiences watch. Women have lead countries, they fight wars and they’ve made groundbreaking scientific discoveries. They write some of the most stunning things the world has ever seen and have written and sung some of the most beautiful songs that we’ll ever know. However, because women also happen to be bloody gorgeous and the men got in there first to write things and market things and produce things and direct things, we’ve been left to play the attractive set-dressing. 

Now I don’t know about you but I don’t want to be a naked prop while men get to have all the fun. Us girls just wanna have fun too, ain’t that right, Cyndi?

New Delhi: For someone like Sherlyn Chopra, stripping or posing nude for photographs is no big deal. It is rather an easy peasy task for her! So when the hot chick was offered to pose in her birthday suit by the ‘Playboy’ magazine for their cover page, we were amused to know that Sherlyn was a tad apprehensive about the whole idea of going full monty!
However, a test shoot session with a professional photographer put her fears to rest which made her confident to visit the ‘Playboy’ mansion for the real job. “I have never posed nude, therefore I was a bit apprehensive about the offer. But I got a photographer friend to do a few test clicks and I loved the results,” she said in a recent interview.
Apparently, Sherlyn also went on to meet the ‘Playboy’ scion Hugh Hefner who is infamous for his various sexual rendezvous.
Well, it seems that Sherlyn has finally got a platform to showcase her ‘talent’.
But why was she apprehensive in the first place? Didn’t she post a nude pic of hers on Twitter for her fans as a birthday return gift last year?
